吕媛媛,女,博士,通信与信息工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事电磁敏感材料、宽禁带半导体材料与器件、二维纳米材料、纳米功能材料与光电器件、显示器件、传感器件、信息处理等领域的科学研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,陕西省教育厅科技计划项目,碑林区科技计划项目,作为研究骨干参与过国家自然科学基金青年基金,陕西省自然科学基础研究计划重点项目,国际科技合作计划项目-重点项目等多个项目。在“Optics and Laser Technology”,“Ceramics International”,“Journal of alloys and compounds”等期刊上发表30余篇论文,授权发明专利7项,并作为Optical and Quantum Electronics,Micro & Nano Letters, BioNanoScience等期刊的审稿人。
